1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for most items, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not have been altered, damaged, or opened.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our website https://bitsycoin.xyz.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products (such as gaming headsets that have been used)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@bitsycoin.xyz within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions along with a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include any documentation, such as receipts or order confirmation, along with the return authorization number.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping service to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be rejected or returned to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bitsycoin.xyz. We will provide a return shipping label and process your refund or send a replacement free of charge. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bitsycoin.xyz. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.
